She is also a civil and commercial Mediator at the Milan Chamber of Arbitration and at the Bar Association of Accountants of Milan.

She is furthermore listed as a Mediator at the CAfA – Court of Arbitration for Art based in The Hague.   

She is a member of the Ethics Commission of the Milan Bar Association, for which she also provides training activities for lawyers and she participates as a speaker at events and conferences.

She is an active member of the Association of Legal Studies “Right & Law”.

With mediation and negotiation, the parties are the real protagonists and crafters of their choices and the future arrangement of their interests, with the possibility of reaching a solution to the problem quickly, avoiding the negative aspects of judicial procedures, such as longer times, the risks arising from the uncertainty of the decision that will be made by the judge, and higher costs.
